HELP FUND THE FIGHT FOR RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT IN NORTH HILLS!

The Midtown Neighbors United Legal Assistance Fund has been created to support professional and legal efforts to convince the City of Raleigh that it must fully and properly address unresolved planning, zoning, traffic, and quality-of-life issues affecting the Midtown and North Hills neighborhoods BEFORE further large scale development in the area. Our community is facing intense development, and recent decisions by the City have left many residents feeling unheard and concerned about the future of our neighborhoods.

Contributions to the Fund will directly support activities such as engaging attorneys and specialized experts, conducting legal review and analysis of the City’s actions, and advocating vigorously for responsible development—including legal action if appropriate. Every dollar raised will help ensure that the voices of Midtown and North Hills are heard and that our community’s rights are fully considered and honored.
